Four days of washed out roads is frustrating communities in the North Bay and there hasn't even been rain. The tidal flooding in low-lying communties has led to a coastal flooding advisory extension. While El Niño has been showing its teeth for months, but Thanksgiving and Christmas will see the Earth, moon and sun align dangerously when it comes to rising tides.
